Outcomes:

• Achieve a monthly revenue of $10,000 or more through our waxing services.
• Effectively recommend and sell products to clients based on their needs.
• Maintain a fully booked schedule by implementing strategic marketing initiatives both internally and externally.
• Achieve a sales-per-service ratio of 1.5 to 3.
• Capture before and after images of clients with their consent.
• Document comprehensive client profiles, noting any specific issues or preferences.

Required Activities:

• Adhere to Pure's protocol for cleaning and sanitization between clients, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
• Obtain consent and capture before and after photos/videos of clients for social media promotion.
• Keep common areas such as the lobby, breakroom, and bathroom clean and well-stocked during downtime.
• Assist the front desk with additional tasks as needed.
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Education

Highschool Diploma/ Esthetician License

1 year minimum Waxing Experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
